E&E Turbo, founded in 2002, is specialized in the professional manufacturing of turbocharger assemblies and component parts, servicing a wide variety of industries such as Automotive, Marine, Train, Air and Industrial.
For 15 years we’ve manufactured and upgraded turbochargers within a worldwide customer base from OEM, Remanufactured, After-market and Performance market, originally made by Garret, BorgWarner (KKK & Schwitzer), Holset, MHI, IHI, Toyota, CZ, Komatsu, Hitachi, Bosch & Mahle, Continental, Kamaz, ABB and MTU. Main products are complete turbo, cartridge (CHRA, core assy.), turbine wheel, compressor wheel, repair kit, nozzle ring, bearing housing, turbine housing, compressor cover, actuator etc.
We are in possession of a strong and mature product line of micro gas turbine, jet engine and components.
Our 26,000 square meter manufacturing facility and warehouse is located in Changzhou, convenient to Shanghai. The facility is fully equipped with over 200 sets machines, such as precision CNC lathe, grinding machine, automatic-production line, Schenck automatic removing balancing machine, Turbo Technics & CIMAT VSR balancing machine and Zeiss Coordinate measuring machine.
E&E Turbo’s Technical Team is fully trained to control mould design & manufacture, casting to machining, balancing, assemble and test. We also open up new projects such as e-turbo and fuel cell compressor.
Access to quality certification IATF16949: 2016 and ISO9001: 2008 by SGS, all turbo parts are given a full minimum 12 months warranty.
